A lil help pls!

Greetings all,

I've just received my TSW springs, engine dampener and rear swaybar endlinks.

I'd appreciate it if anyone in DC/NOVA area could lend some assistance, guidance, or any supervision on any/all of these installs.

I don't mind paying for your time as I'd enjoy learning more about how to wrench my Mini hence my reluctance in dropping it at a shop.

Much obliged.

T.

Funktion auto has mention earlier about the Tech Ed / DIY session (do it yourself) day at their facility for DCMM. We are working on the detail, it would be really fun.

If you're not in a hurry to install the parts, stay tuned for more detail.

Ive installed springs, sways and dampeners on cars before but never a MINI so I'm not sure if i'll be any help. Although i'm sure between the two of us we could figure it out. I'm really looking for any excuse to work on a MINI and meet fellow owners since I just recently got one.

That would be awkward seeing as though I don't own an Audi...

Oh, I just want to check out their format.
Actually, they have asked us to stop by on the day in order to see if we're interested in set up our own session.

I would be cool if we could have the event happen and not too far from now. It will definitely benefit OP for sure.

Maxicooper,

I'm definitely interested in any Mod day event you can schedule. It'll be an excellent opportunity to meet local folks and learn from and help one another.

That7guy,

Very much appreciate any assistance. I'll Pm you my # and we can work out a convenient time.

Looking forward to meeting the community around here

Thanks Guys!

T.

Well, never heard from That7guy so I started the install solo yesterday.

Engine dampener was a piece of cake and works

Next up are lowering springs and rear endlinks.
