As already mentioned by few others earlier, a big THANKS must go to the folks (Glenn, Bev, Christine, Laura, and anyone else I might have forgotten 
) who set up all this!
And thank you very much for the Best Personalized License Plate award! I picked the plate not just because I got a MINI, but because it perfectly describe the joy of motoring--although of course a MINI make motoring so much more fun!

We just have to add our thanks to everyone involved in organizing this event. Thanks for all the hours you spent making sure everything was just right. Thanks for all the hours you spent behind the wheel perfecting the run. It is the dedication of members like you that will keep the club going and make it fun for everyone.
We had a great time even though we were late to the run, and then had to take off a little earlier than we would have liked. (Had to get home and cook our daughter's birthday dinner.)

Really enjoyed the food and seeing all the new faces (new to me) and new MINIs. Nice location. The park has a lot to offer. Next year I will allow some time to explore the park and maybe rent a canoe

On the way home my GPS takes me down a semi paved road and then a spot in the road you had to ford thru a small creek

What a great run. big hands for Glenn and Bev for an awesome job. Also big thanks to Bill, great sweeper indeed.
I really love that "100 ft" rollercoaster dip. Fun, fun.... fun.
Food was great as well. Many thanks to Christine and Eric for the arranging at the park. Beautiful job.
Big thanks to Laura and Dave for an exellent job tracking and make sure everything was in good order and went as plan.
Also big thanks to DCMM and the board for their generous contribution to the picnic.
Most of all, hugh thanks to everyone who came and made this event a fantastic event, one of the best I would say.
It wouldn't happen and wouldn't be this fun if not because of all of you. You all are awesome.
The pictures are in post processing stage, should be ready soon. I will keep you all update.

Any play on the Let's Motor theme is so tough to get on a plate so we were happy to see one finally.

Hmmmm....are you sure it is not because you won the most active on-line member award yesterday? Thanks everyone for coming out to play yesterday. It was a blast! It was great to see everyone again and meet new people. It was also great to meet the four-legged members of your families.

Wow, the picnic was a HUGE success!!! THANKS to everyone who came and made it so much fun and my picnic committee (Glenn, Chris and Laura)!! I sooo wanted to go on the run...it seemed like so much fun. When I saw you guys coming down the hill into the parking lot, I was filled with so much awe. Good job on the run, Glenn and Bev! I stayed behind to take care of catering and decorations. BIG THANKS to my decorating crew - Chris' 2 helpers, Eric (hubby), Ed and Katie. I couldn't have done it w/o you .
I'm sad it's over. Can't wait till next year's. Who's taking over?
p.s. Deuce, my little poodle, LOVEd meeting all of you, by the way! He had so much fun, he was pooped by 6:00.

So NOVAs, put your thinking caps, use your invaluable local knowledge and help DCMM continue this new and wonderful tradition!
