OT - where should I take old magazines?
OT - where should I take old magazines?
I have literally decades of Travel & Leisure, Bon Appetit, and National Geographic in my basement in Fairfax, VA; any suggestions as to what good use they could be put? Looking to donate them, not sell them. TIA.
The last time I donated my magazine collection at the public library I was told "..We don't need magazines ... " maybe a non DC library will take it..
you might try a nursing home .. you can always try to sell it thru craigslist and donate the money to your favorite charity

Join Freecycle. It's an organization where people post things they'd like to see reused instead of thrown away. I see magazines on there all the time.
