Photos from Sunday

Here are some photos from Sunday at East Broad Top Railroad, I found some fun roads up this way, I'm thinking if there is an interest in riding one of the most historic railroads on the East Coast and having some MINI fun, I would put a run together for next year, maybe mid-june ?

Check out my Halloween "Screamin' demon I found in Wensley's fender, no faking !

Good pictures indeed.
I like the silhouette one.

Now, it's time for you to submit your pictures for our photo contest.

I'm working on that one (Photos), I was a bit disappointed not finding a suitable spot for some MINI shots while I was out....but hey, the twisty roads made up for that !

Its nice having a car that's not on the edge all the time but still going fast !

I really like the color of that last shot, almost like it's illustrated!

Thanks ! Here's a few more........EBT is a real piece of history, they started operating in 1873-1874 and basically turned off the lights and locked the door in 1956. Literally everything is there from those days, inlcuding (6) narrow gauge steam engines (1) standard gauge steam engine, many restored and unrestored freight/passenger cars. Though they only use a few miles of track (the ride last about 1.5 hours) the original 30+ miles of track is still in its place. It is a national landmark and supposedly, there are plans to some day reopen the remaining track, that would be a real treat !
