I saw this and was wondering if anyone has it and what are your experiences? Is it hard to install?

 

Worth every penny. Makes your windows the way they should have been from the factory.

Not a difficult install, unless you're squeamish. It's just a case of disconnecting one cable, plugging that cable into the circuit, then plugging the cable that comes attached to the circuit into the original set of pins.

The hardest part is getting to the cable & pins - it's behind your toggle switch. There may be minor disassembly required to get in there - a few screws. It's easier if you have small hands because you don't have to remove as much to reach in and do it.
