The last of my red hot dogs is gone. Eaten and stuffed in my gullet. Sigh. Anyone who's had red hot dogs from Maine will know what I'm talking about. I still have creton. Forgot to pick up Whoopie Pies in Lewiston. :-( My mom's are better - stay tuned I'll bake some up for one of our events using her recipe. :-)

 

I know something that will ease your pain, and you won't have to drive across the country for them.

Get the dogs at Lenny's Deli on the Reisterstown Road in Owings Mills (I think the shopping center is called Valley Village).

Their hot dogs are the best I've ever had and I've had hot dogs all over the world (although it's hard to find hot dogs in most other countries).
