Monday night is $1 Sushi Night at Maneki Neko, my favorite local sushi place. Meet me there at 6:30. Proprietor "Tao" Takazato grew up street racing Nissans around the hills in Japan, and he's still a car enthusiast.

Park in the lot behind the restaurant. We'll probably hang out and chat for a half hour or so before heading inside for dinner. Mankei Neko serves other non-raw Japanese food, too, including some yummy noodles.

as much as I love sushi...FC's a lil far for us. Besides, we have Joss Cafe in Annapolis, which serves the best sushi I've ever had, bar none. I've eaten sushi all over the country, and this is by far the best! So we're very spoiled.

 

Sounds good, but Monday is also opening night for Screen on the Green. 7th and Constitution, I'll be there with a big space, lots of picnic stuff and people. Should be fun!
