Bringing back with me:
1. Red hot dogs - (bright red casing and they snap when you bit in to them - truly nothing like them)
2. creton - (ground pork, whole milk, finely chopped onion, chives, salt and pepper) spread it on your homemade bread toast, and down it with a cup of Tim Horton's coffee
3. ployes - (buckwheat pancake mix, brought to the St. John Valley by the French who were evicted from Nova Scotia in the late 1700s). combine with jelly, creton or whatever else you want to roll up into it.. c'est magnifique!
4. A Sad Cooper the Dog - yes he's had a great week up here with 3x swims daily in the lake, retrieving fake ducks and ***** in the water. He's one tired pup and I'm beginning to think I need to sell the inner city pad and buy a place out in WV or VA.

Yeah, cooper needs space..and maybe a pool....
