This will be the smallest turnout for the Annapolis parade ever. How unfortunate.

 

Going shopping today for decorations, any stores you guys can think of that carry what I need/want?

 

The medical thing is an outpatient procedure that's fairly common, just not common to me. I'm (uncharacteristicly) scared, but I should be okay.

I really want to come to these parades. If I'm feeling up for a ride, I might have Shaun (and "Decker") drive me out to Annapolis so we can watch the parade. As much as I would love to have a couple adult beverages with my hot dogs, I can't partake in THAT sort of conviviality! But I would love to see the group, watch how the crowd responds to our MINIs, and otherwise have a good time with a pack of fun people.

Whether I make it out there or not, have a ball and take lots of pictures!

 

Where is WS Motorsports? anyone have directions from DC?

Since Pen may not be able to make it, shall I bring cups and such?

 

In post #25 I offered to pass them along to another DCMMer who will be attending the parades. I live in WV, but drive to the Tyson's area every weekday for work. I'm happy to meet someone at a convenient time/place before the 3rd.

 

I'll bring a bunch of left over soda from the cookout...

 

should i change my thing from drinks to something else?

 

I'll provide cups, plates and plasticware.

perhaps J, you could bring plates and stuff...doesn't have to be a lot, since the turnout is so small

Are there lat/long coordinates of the meeting point prior to parade one so I can throw it into my GPS?

Katie, what time do you plan on setting out? I don't trust myself with the directions and was wondering if I could follow you from your place? I think your closest to my route down...

 

Since I don't have my mini yet, I'm assuming my bmw isn't allowed in any parades, and that's cool. But would I be allowed on the drives? I love twisty roads, especially when there are other people to share my love of them with.

I have just recently joined up with the DCMMers. I am planning on participating in the capitol hill portion of the parade. I am a little unsure if I need to sign up or anything like that. If you could let me know I would appreciate it. If all I need to do is make a posting. Well, then this is my post. Thanks a lot.

If it's not too late to sign up I would like to participate in the first parade. Wish I could join in the afternoon fun, but I have to smoozle at a customers party. Fair warning - my decorations involve bubbles...

 

The parades are Mini only but of course we want you with us on the drives!
We may give you a hard time about being a counterfeit mini though....
