Are these really 2-piece wheels

I just bought a set of these wheels and was wondering it they really are 2-piece. If they are, how difficult would it be to separate the pieces. Just wondering because the wheels have a few damaged areas that I would like to clean up.

You can do this: https://www.northamericanmotoring.co...ke-wheels.html

or full dismantle.

Thanks, maybe another dumb question but can I leave the tires on if I split the wheels?

I never seen anyone do that, so i dont know. Some people just clean and to the lip like in that post above so they dont have to tear the wheel apart. They the easiest way.

I think I will try to sand and polish the chrome lip with everything together for now. If I can't get it done I will rethink the plan.

Thanks again,
