I have a 2012 All4 with 86k miles on it. Recently my brake, traction control, and ABS lights have started to come on and go off intermittently. I haven't noticed anything different in driving when those lights come on and they usually stay on for something like 5-30 seconds.

Has anybody else experienced this or have any idea what may be going on?

Sounds like an ABS sensor going on the fritz...
