As long as a cat is attached to it. A header doesn't affect emissions.

Don't know the latests but...

sparktec motors (and eBay vendor) sold them for ~$200. But keep in mind they have no cat. I think Helix may sell it with a stock cat on it for $400. That's a deal, as you can keep your old manifold to go back to stock if ever you need....

Hi-Flow Cat for 2003 Cooper with Supersprint Cat Back

Hello, Folks I have searched the web for a while but I've had no luck so far. About 2-3 months ago I purchased a Meagean Header from E-bay and a Supersprint cat- back exhaust system, the header comes with a cat deleted resonator. The OEM Catalytic Converter is part of the original intake manifold, (is one piece)
A while ago I was able to find the link to a manufacturer of a hi-flow cat that will fit this particular setup, but I can't find it any longer, does anyone know where can I find one? this particular model had the flanges built in so it was a bolt on, it sold for about $150.00 back then. I would appreciate any help on trying to locate this vendor of maybe a reccomendation on another model with the same features and about the same price range. Thanks again

Herbert

Google

high-flow mettalic race catalytic converter, spelled correctly of course, and you'll get lots and lots of hits. One I found a while ago you could get with basically any pipe diameter on it you wanted, up to almost the diameter of the cat case.....

Here's the link....
