are you referring to the one listed in the MINI accessory manual from MINIUSA? If so my theory is that it's the JCW Cooper exhuast from the UK. I heard from someone mention that a dealer got some in and they were actually the JCW exhuast.

Yes, it's in the new MINI catalog: part # 18 10 0 141 760. I'll check the JCW site.
And I checked out minisport.com also. Those mods to take a Cooper to 145hp would be very nice.
