Has anyone tried this on a MC or MCS?

Wall Street Journal article said that Hummer owners are installing these in their cars to get an increase in fuel economy.

i tried it a year ago and it would never hold (i had it clamped to my BMP cold air filter). it would always fall off... but my friend has it on his toyota camery and works great...
