Pulley Install in San Jose Area

I just recently installed a 15% pulley on my MCS for the second time. The first time it wasn't tight enough and just spun on the shaft. This time the pulley fell of completely and shredded the belt. I am really frustrated with this, and I am wondering if there is a shop in the San Jose area that would be able to help me out with this. Any help is really appreciated.
