My 02 mini has about 30K on it, and think I should just go ahead and change the plugs out. I've searched around, but found most of the spark plug posts were coming from the cooperS. What is a good set of plugs to run? Thanks...

I'm running Denso Iridium IK20's... They work nicely! You want the IK20's and not the IK22's that the S guys runs in pullied cars...

Check eBay...

I just installed four NGK ZFR6F-11's (cheap) - these are the "V" power single electrode plugs. The car is very smooth with them - butt dyno only. At 36k the original plugs still looked good.

Been running Beru Ultra-X for 1700mi. No real difference felt over the stock NGKs, but I've been satisfied with them. Currently paired with Pilo Screamin' Demon coil & kingsbourne wires. She's running like a champ. I wouldn't hessitate to go with Beru Ultra-X next time around.
