Just curious - are the fuel injectors on the MCS the same or different than those on the MC? If not, one would assume the MCS injectors have a higher flow rate and might provide better performance for a MC with CAI, MTH software and other performance mods.

MCS injectors will not work on R50.
The wiring is different.
The injectors are different styles.
There is a thread for performace injectors for R50.

As stated above, the wiring is different, and there are other threads relating to this.

That being said, I have a set of used S injectors, and purchased adapters for the wiring; we'll see if they work by next week.

Even with a tune to go along with bigger injectors, you'd get precious little power.

Well, from what I've read (and I could be wrong), the stock MC injectors run close to 100% if you're up in the 130-140hp range, right? So with the "regular" mods (intake, exhaust, etc) + cylinder head, camshaft, and tune, you'd be close to that 130-140 range... If that's the case, wouldn't upgrading to bigger injectos be a good idea, then?

Perhaps I'm just misinformed...?
