Hello everyone, new to the forum but I've been looking at threads here for a long time

So I tried to retrofit MFSW on my 02 R50, but after doing all the wiring (DME mess, clutch switch & harness) as the retrofit pdf file says and coding the option with ISTAP, neither the SW buttons are lighting up nor the radio/cruise buttons are working.

Upon checking error codes, I saw 3 interesting ones:

- 0x575 (1397) DME: Cruise control, input malfunction
- 0x571 (1393) DME: Cruise control, brake switch - malfunction (I haven't installed a brake switch, only a clutch switch, why do I have this code ?)
- 0x704 (1796) DME: Clutch switch, input - malfunction

So it seems like I've done the wiring wrong, but I cannot find which part I messed up.

While looking at other threads, I saw that 02-04 MC must be having a clutch sensor plate installed which I don't know if mine has and in the retrofit PDF there is no mention of such part.
Also, when buying a used clutch switch from a MCS with MFSW (I don't know the year), I noticed that it was a little different from the one (the difference is very tiny though)

I don't know if I am missing something, if anybody got a clue/a question...
