No Exhaust Pop? Please Help

Hey everyone in new here and have been looking over the threads. I have a 2006 mini Cooper non S and have yet to hear and pop or gurgle from the exhaust, which i swear my moms 2006 non s atleast had a little bit. can someone help me and point me in the right direction on what i need to do to achieve this. I'm not sure if i need an ECU tune or a new exhaust, its completely stock by the way. thanks!

I was able to get a little burble and the occasional popfrom my 2004 Cooper with the Megan Racing cat back exhaust and an aFe intake.

Fully stock, you don't hear it that much. One ball is a good way to increase it a bit if your resonator is on its way out like mine was. You're looking at an aftermarket exhaust if you really want to hear it more. I'm running a "straight line" exhaust with a XForce Varex mufller and when the valve is open, it's popcorn time, but a battery box delete is not for the faint of heart.
