Any ideas if this shift **** will fit my 2012 mini cooper non s...thanks

I don't know if it will fit - with some work you might be able to make it fit. But it probably won't fit right out of the box.
The only shift ***** I know of that are a perfect fit are the MINI ones ( of course ) , JCW (also MINI ) , or the ones made by Whalen. There may be a few more out there that are "universal" fit - that have screws that hold them on.
