Does anyone know if they ever made a parcel shelf for the R56? I have looked and can not find an answer?

You mean the thing that sits at the back of the rear seats and hids the objects from view in the Boot, Parcel Shelf??

I think rhey are refering to a replacement for the panel under the steering wheel....removes that panel, and adds a shelf on the gen1 cars....very useful for cell phones/wallets, etc. Was a euro option, but not sold in the us since it was not crash tested due to costs....but widely available, and simple to install.

 

Zippy that is exactly what I am looking for I loved that shelf very useful. Do you know who sells it?

Not sure if it was ever a gen2 option...
guessing not since i think an extra knee bolster airbag might have been added...not sure, but think i remember reading something.

 

Not offered for the gen2.

 

Thats a shame I loved that nice little storage area.
