Here is a great start. The windows have been cut out but could probably be welded back.

It maybe to far, but a guy near Prescott, AZ. has a HUGE supply of british cars - lots of Mini's. He bought my 63. He may have some panel vans??

Mini Van

Just found your request. If you are still looking for a Van shell, I have one for sale.
Complete with doors (front and rear), new floors (from M*** Machine in the UK) as well as some other new panels.
