Before and After

I just finished my cosmetic changes to my classic mini. I am currently in the process of adding adjustable suspension and some other components. I just wanted to see what you all thought.

Here is what it looked like when I bought it:

Here is what it looks like today:

Looks good. I personaly prefer the zeemax style front bumper but to each their own. The tint job is really nice.

Looks great! Quite a big change from silver roof to White/UJ.

Maybe chrome mirrors would go great with the new bumper?

Thanks. Yes, the roof and stripes were originally silver. It looked very nice, but I always wanted a blue/white mini. The zeemax body kit was a pain in the butt. It was so low to the ground that you couldn't get a jack under it. When I used ramps, the bumper would hit when I brought it down. The kit looks better in the pics than it did in real life. It was cracked and chipped in multiple spots. The last thing I want to do is add some rally lights to the front.

Well whatever you had to go through to get the bumper changed, it was worth it. I love the more classic look.

I asked about the silver, because I am a proud new owner of purple haze with silver roof, chrome details, and silver/PH checkered stripes, so I am biased towards the silver, but I can sure understand always wanting white and blue! Good for you! Check out my gallery for pics if you want. We will be uploading updated photos later today most likely.

Rally lights will be great.

Yucca and I would love to have a classic some day.

looks much better with the bumper was that a "bluestar" edition?? I like the blue w/silver roof, personally...its a lovely car and I'd love one like it...but its a "classic" in the 1999-2000 sense of classic.

Not that new of a classic. More of a 1993ish classic

As cool as it looked with the bumper kit, the factory style front end is the way to go IMO. Looks fantastic now. Hopefully, mine will look that good soon.

Agreed. The body did look nice, but it just wasn't a "mini" I sold it and now someone else can "pimp" their mini

Very nice! Even better to see a car get "de-pimped"

I like them both. I like being a little different,so I may have leaned a little more towards the Lamm kit. The after shot looks great. You should e-mail a pic to Dion.

I guess it isn't different enough by just being a Mini

I sent Dion a pic not too long ago. I will send him another.

Thanks
