Need help deciding on which part to get.
referring back to the diagram I provided you r ordering part 43, the flex hose; not the part I recommended, 44, GPP10AC.
Like I said, I broke this b4 I could get it off so could not reassemble b4 I placed another order....this piece connects to the cyl at one end and to the rubber flex section at the other. The standard flex section does NOT reach to the rear drum but terminates about 6 inches short, on top of the swing arm.
Your call ....

elprofe. That parts list was with normal brake lines just to see price. It's like $20 more for braided. So I plan on going with them anyway.
And Capt BJ. Is that part something I can buy at a local parts store or even make myself with some brake tubing and the tools (Which I already have)? If not, I'll order them up.

That solid line usually brakes due to rust.......they are almost impossible to remove without braking, but you may get lucky and remove it one piece.
if you have your own flaring tool you can make it yourself, but they are not easy to since copper line cannot be found in US. Getting the nipples is another story.....so I'd go with ready made and save the aggrevation.
Custom steel braided lines would reach all the way to the cyliner, but they are costly.

SURE ... go there and thell them you have a old Mini and need parts....MAYbe you'll get a different reaction then I do....
My ONLY success along this line was a store that let me go cruise in their parts racks and see if I could find anything I liked! If it don't come up in their computer - they R clueless IMHECan you make it with the right tools - ABSOLUTELY...but note there are different size fittings on either end, but beyond that it is just an 8 inch length of {solid} (copper) brake line. I make a lot of my own parts, but my strength is in body and fender work.... You could order a longer metal flex line and replace the whole deal (as I tried to say b4)...but you'll need to decide on your own mounting points cuz it ain't stock....
{you asked for a review of your order}
AND
having been burned on web orders & back orders ..... call 'em and ensure everything is in stock.
I'm on my third year of waiting for one UK ordered and paid for, back ordered part.
geez. I'll DEFINITELY make sure I call. You guys recommend any other site to buy from first, or is GBcarparts the way to go? I have heard nothing but good things from them. And minimania seems to be quite a bit more expensive for the same parts.
