I was on the phone finding out I'm getting a new/different computer (long story short: a new base and cannibalizing parts from a couple different laptops into one supergood one).

That first pic is funny because I remember you saying how independent you were when you were VERY young... and you look it! So cute. Thanks for sharing.

Now did you notice how everyone said I was "cute"? Told ya... not "hot" just cute.

As for the disfiguring part... that was mostly when I was younger. In between my eyes looks wider. I had a very large hemangioma and it slowly shrunk until I was about 10.

Gosh, I swear I look older as a senior with these glasses than I do now!!

The styles with those glasses were horrendous, I couldn't wait to get out from under my mom's thumb and get contact lenses... and I am posting a fairly recent pic of me from a Christams office party so you can see that I really am not a total granny------ yet------ but I must confess I have a few more pounds on me now.

As for the pounds... well... that's what HEAD shots are for! I noticed that in my senior pic I hadn't gotten my hoo hahs in yet. Now I've got those AND the additional junk in the trunk to go with it!

 

ACCCTUALLY, you look REEAAALLY familiar. And besides...doesn't "hot" mean dressed to impress in a "hot" manner? Does a sweater dress (which looks good on you by the way - nice black accents) really INTEND to be "hot" in that sense?

 

Now do you guys remember what your "future plans" were? For my senior year I put "Famous Artist" and "Race Car Driver". Little did I know...

Were you guys voted as "Most" whatever for anything? I surprisingly was voted "Most Creative" with a guy by the name of "Mike Hunt". Seriously... there was a pic of me and Mike Hunt.

And actually it was summer when those pics were taken and it was pretty friggin hot!

I don't think i was voted "most" anything...at least nothing anybody told me about...or WANTED to tell me about... My future plans were...well...military officer. Funny how that works out!

As for my predictions... I thought I was just putting down something stupid that no one could hold me to if I didn't do it. I was a weird mix of personality... high school totally sucked but my senior year was pretty good at the end. My extreme shyness was turning to crazy btchness. Haven't gone to a reunion though.

I got voted that in our junior year in one of the new rags the school put out. I was shocked,,, it was something like what is the perfect girl? And they named my body and another girls face...LOL Isn't that funny how we are? I didn't see the compliment then.

Senior year I was voted craziest driver. Good thing I have a MINI now!!!

 

I'm going to have to do some searching through the old year books, but you look JUST like a girl a few years older than me at the public school near my parents... Oh, now it's going to drive me crazy.

I think those are great shots - they look like artists shots! And enjoy the "best bod" thing - i would have liked that "back in the day!"
