Just some new pics...

Just wanted to post some pics of my 1966 mini with a couple new mods (corbeau GTS II, custom roll bar, roof rack and new bike )

New road bike

Comments welcomed as always

I like both the Mini and the Colnago. Both have been around forever and both are remarkable, whether they're old classics, or new "classics." I want your steering wheel. Please put me first on your sell-to list if you ever go crazy and think you need to "update" your wheel.

ROAD BIKE RIDERS ARE JERKS!

well, most of the local ones anyways... BMX for the win =D

Nice mini. Do you really take your mini with you when you move your bike around though?

Why not just use that BEAUTIFUL range rover?

=D... no offense btw... Mini owners are awesome. all of em.

Classic Mini and a Colnago - you sir have impeccable taste.

I'm curious - are you riding platform pedals on that bike?

Did you get the original flip front mechanism to work on the Corbeau's? If not, how tough is it to get in the back seat?

I just finished installing the bike rack and I intend to use it to move my bike around once the weather starts to cool down. Thanks for the compliment on the sport. I just wanted to use the mini as much as I could

The platform pedals were used while I make some adjustments/tweaks to the seat height and aero bars. Clips already on the bike now

Yes, I got it to work. There's more than enough room. In terms of the back seat, I don't have one so no need for me to go back there

is the roof rack a gutter type? or did you have to mod the clamps?

Thanks for posting pics. What an awesome classic! My girlfriend wants one so bad.

I have to admit, I also really like that range rover. sigh.

Oh and +1 for the Texas plates

I love the orange. Those colors on minis always look edible.
Makes me want to lick it.
But I promise if I see your mini I'll refrain
