Cooling hoses replacement

I would like to replace my cooling hoses. My engine is a 998 cc. I am going for looking nice and durability and am considering silicon hoses. I know I've got a long way to go to look nice, but it is a start.

I am not certain which hoses I need and I really don't want to get half way into the job and realize I've got the wrong hoses.

I've identified the upper hose small bore as GRH245
I'm pretty sure the lower hose is GRH240
Radiator Overflow hose is GRH1001M

Questions:
1. What is the long hose that crosses over the rocker cover?
2. What are the heater supply and return hoses?
3. Are the heater supply and return hoses a standard size that a US auto parts store might have? (NAPA, Advance, Autozone, ...)
4. How much trouble am I setting myself up for here?
5. Any tips appreciated.

Thanks in Advance

don't forget the water pump bypass hose....if so equipped

replace all clamps with screw type SS. The wire type are crap and stretch..

change your T-stat while you're at it & check your H2O pump and fan belt
