WOO HOO !!!!! i'll keep my fingures crossed on this one..........i was kinda losen hope.......

 

i think I missed something...

 

I was expecting these cars back in early August, but things kept getting delayed. Fast forward three months later (although it wasn't a fast three months) I'm finally getting them

 

What kind of MINIs are they?

 

Early 80s Mini Cities. One's all original and the other's had a bit of modification done to it.

 

Oh, I see what you mean ... wink I have two original 80's and a 72 MINI 1000. No reVin here. Post the pictures soon as they arrive.

TWO?? What's the plan?? Sounds exciting and I hope they flow through smooth for you. Looking forward to pictures!!

 

No recent pics since the restorations were finished. I'll take some as soon as they dock. One of them is all but sold to a friend already. The other I am keeping for a while, until the next one is ready anyway. I have a ground-up build being done on a 76 shell as well, but we're still pretty far from done on that one.

Just heard from Emma at Phoenix that the cars have been picked up and are just awaiting the ship on the 1st. Won't be long now!

That is awesome!! I have two also, by default. Friends were all in prior to delivery and then bailed at arrival as the wives wouldn't allow. I understand though. They have a newly minted driver and prefer to have him in a larger vehicle for protection. He is driving a Chevy K3500 Crew cab long bed!! Couldn't get much larger-Hah. Of course he is starting to lobby for the Mini due to the $70 fill ups!!
