What's so comical about the way I drive? Ok- I don't really drive like that, but wish I could...

I love that video. I've never seen a nose wheelie like that before--other than on superbikes.

What is this event? There's a video of a similar event on one of the other classic threads (I know, it's the one regarding the monster mini for sale). Anyway, it's the one where I guy is abusing his BMW until he hops out of it to brag to the crowd and gets run over by his unmanned machine. Talk about machine getting back at man...

Heh, knew what this video was going to be before I ever clicked on it. It's been around a long while, but I never tire of watching it.

10" rims in the back, 12" rims up front, and no rear brakes is my guess on the how to.....

I read somewhere that it has two separate hand brakes for left and right. Would be fun as hell to drive though, however it's set up!

I'd like to see a video of the hand/foot work required to drive like that.

Here's one of a Fiat with a bit different technique using throttle rather than brakes. Just as effective and just as fun to watch. Might even be quicker through the course than that yellow Mini, but no bow at the end.

Fiat video

Hehe, I think my wife must have tried to do that bow when she hit her front brakes on her bike rather than her rear ones. Went *** over tea kettle and wound up breaking both arms

No doubt! I'm guessing he leaves it in one gear and just works the handbrakes rather than the gear shift. :shrugs:

In dune buggies, you use a cutting brake instead of a parking brake. The stick stays straight up, you push it forward to apply the right rear brake, pull back for the left rear.
