I'm thinking of leasing a MINI classic, I've worked out some numbers on the mini.ca site but they never seem very realistic. I'm looking at maybe a 39 mth. with $0-1000 down. I come up with $320-350 taxes out. What is a more realistic price, with taxes?

based on my experience I find you have to add around $100/month with those calculators....

My lease is around $480/month with $10K down. Ouch!!....only 27 more months!!!

I actually just got my mini SoHo package. There's a great deal on them now. With 0 down, 39 months, it comes up to be exactly 403$ a month.

I leased an '03 for 36 months at $341 + $22 USD for sales/use tax. I don't know the particulars of taxes in Canada, but I do have one suggestion. If you lease, avoid the "down payment." If like in the U.S., the amount of money you pay up front is subject to your loss, if your car is stolen or totaled in a collision. Gap insurance covers the balance due on a lease. It does not recover what you have already spent. Again, maybe this is different in Canada.
