Yah same here... it doesn't like anything past -32! And we had over a month of -40 so I was a bit SOL. The service people on the phone were pretty rude saying that there is no reason to do a block heater and that one won't be available. If you're having trouble ask them to put a trickle charger and battery blanket in. Helped me out!
