AMVIV9 T Minus 3 Weeks and Counting
Here are some reminders for you
The group rate at Palace Station expires on May 27 – If you’re hoping to stay at Palace during AMVIV, you have to BOOK NOW.
We've placed the t-shirt/hat order, so quantities are limited. Order now if you want to get what you want before supplies vanish. If you haven’t registered yet and want to do so, here’s the registration link</a>, or to get straight to the order page use this link.
The AMVIV E-Book will be returning this year. Similar to the full color programs we prepared in the past, the book will have the full schedule of events, run maps, location maps for nearby car washes and gas stations and so much more. We'll be sending all pre-registered attendees an email with a link to download the AMVIV E-Book. There won't be a paper version in your registration packet. Look for that very early in June.
The new version of the AMVIV App is almost ready. Its a very handy way to keep what is happening over the weekend at your fingertips. This time there will be one for Droid users as well as iPhone users. We're finishing up testing right now, and will let you know when it's available for download.
We'll have a detailer on site to help you get your MINIs pretty and shiny. If you’d like to call ahead and make appointments, here is his contact information:

This year we’ll be hosting our 4th Annual Show and Shine Charity Car Show to benefit S.A.F.E. House. The Show and Shine will be held on the roof of the Palace Station parking garage from 8:00am to 11:00am. Five judges this year - three from visiting car clubs, and two car enthusiasts not associated with AMVIV. Entry fee will be $20, paid either online, or directly to the S.A.F.E. House volunteers who will be onsite.
GOT KIDS? If you're bringing your minions, you might be interested in taking them to the Circus. Yes, the Circus will be in town! For more information click here.
Need to shop Now that is just good information!!
Pre-registrations will close on Friday, June 1st, so if you want to guarantee you get your size shirt, or if you want the shirt and hat combo (which saves you $5), or (ladies) you want to go the Stripper 101 Class on Thursday, go ahead and register now.
