For sale, my Frankenheader project parts as I've decided to go another direction:

- OEM header, sans cat
- Random Technology Metallic Race Cat - 2.25" inlet/outlet
- OEM Donut gasket (goes between the cat and the exhaust)

Yours for $220, which is basically the cost of the cat alone. Pickup if local, or will ship for another $20 ($240 total).

It should only cost someone about ~$80 to get the welding done and maybe another $10 to get an OEM exhaust manifold gasket.

I had planned on having the pre-cat removed and mating up the race cat... Gains on NAM have been impressive range with a gutted pre-cat and the OEM cat, so I'd say this should also be GREAT! Best part is that you retain the OEM header's flex coupling to absorb engine movement AND a cat to pass emissions, while still enjoying the benefits of the additional performance with a bulletproof OEM header...

Uh, no... mine's from Random Technology. That eBay cat is not (it's a Thunderbolt unit), is not made in the US, and is nowhere near the quality of the Random Technology unit... From what I have heard from racing buds, the Thunderbolt eBay cats are total junk...

Also, the Random Tech unit is a metal matrix - not a metal "brick".

The Random Tech unit comes with a warranty card that the buyer can send in... 5 yr/50k warranty.
