OEM Armrest for MC Sell or Trade
I this from the dealer and installed it. It did not work for me so I promptly removed it. As I had installed it, the dealer would accept a return.
It is a great item to have.....if you are taller than the 5' 3" that I am! It mounts to the floor. If you are tall (or long legged) it will be in the correct place for you, otherwise, forget it.
I paid over $300 for it with a shop discount, asking $250. I am happy to ship (I actually run a mail order biz).

Morristown MINI sells the Armrest for $200 and the Console for Armrest for $33.40. Sorry to burst your bubble.

I would cheerfully trade this in whole or part for other MINI doo-dads.
Of interest to me would be:
15% Pulley
Fogs
Dash switches (I hate seeing 'blanks')
A Mini Fini mount
suspension stuff......
or, what do you have?
In the mean time, I am writing BMW about this, as I really do think they ought to stand behind the functionality of their parts! It is good looking and well manufactured. I am just short (someting that has otherwise not been an issue to me!

I agree, I sold my armrest because it did me no good either. I was too far behind me to ever put my elbow on it and I'm 5'7". I also realized I almost always have both hands on the wheel

And also they are made crappy....ive change the top slide 3 times cuz the clips break and it doesnt stay closed/locked anymore and samething with the low portion which im goin back for soon to be changed.
