Wine tasting

LOVE the idea of a wine tasting at MOTD, and would love to come, especially since we live about 30 minutes from Fontana Village, but it IS a work night and we get up at the break of dawn...well, 5:30 AM. Had planned to attend some of the weekend events. May I respond with a MAYBE and if we do attend, we'll bring a Toasted Head Merlot and Cabernet?

LMK, thanks, and look forward to meeting other Mini owners wanting to visit our beautiful neck of the woods!

I'm in. I have a couple of different ones that I prefer. I might have to bring them both.

I know you live close by, but have you been to the Dragon during the MOTD event before?
You have plenty of time to make up some illness to tell your boss that you won't be able to make it in that weekend.

Nah - no debate to me Reds are generally served room temp (but 65 degrees is supposed to be the serving temp for reds) and whites are chilled, but I think ppl should drink it however they like them no matter how horrified wine connoiseurs are at that attitude

We should definitely have some kind of crackers or something to cleanse the palate...or is that being too fancy shmancy??

You say cleanse the palate, I look at it more as just something to eat that tastes good with wine. Then again everything tastes good with a little wine!
