Shankie, to funny. Love the idea of the NSW dinner anyway. The T-shirt just makes it more of a 1st Annual event.

You're right! Next year, if MOTD is much bigger, there may need to be several options for dinner every night!

Dinner

We'd love to join you for dinner if it's not too late! A party of 2 please. One shirt in L too.

I would be more than happy to make a couple of dishes to bring. I just need to know what would go with the chili and what to bring from home to cook it in (our cabin has limited pots/pans, unless it has been resupplied).

Thanks for putting this together.

MINItencan & Louispup your reservations have been accepted by the soiree director

If anybody wants to bring a dish please let me know. If you can't that's A-OK but if anyone has time or room to MBE preconfigure a casserole & bring it to the dragon you can either heat it up & bring it to the NSW Dinner or drop it by my cabin an hour or so before 5PM so I can heat it up it would really help. If anybody can help please let me know & also tell me how many folks your dish will feed

My fellow procrastinators...

SB & I have talked & we have come to the unfortunate conclusion that we are totally maxed out on our food providing ability. We can provide enough food for 64 people & right now we have 59 attendees. I hate to turn a procrastinator away for waiting too late to sign up <oh the irony > but unless someone can come up with any ideas or some miracle food we only have 5 more slots available for the NSW DINNER

So sign up now procrastinators before it's too late!!!

Also anyone that is interested in getting an NSW T-Shirt please see post #90 & post #140 (cutoff day for ordering shirts is April 7th)

Newbie from Chicago Area

Hi,
I would like to join you. I would also like to contribute. Do you have any suggestions. Or is there anything you would like? Let me know.
See y'all there!
FT

After reading more of the post, I see that SB? is helping with food and that the dinner is BYOB. Perhaps if some more people would contribute, we can continue to accept more people. Again, I have not read all of the thread, so maybe this is already occurring. Anyway, I can bring something Chicago-themed. Perhaps pizza, italain beef, hot dawgs? Your thoughts are welcome.

Thanks.

Thanks french_toaster. How many will there be in your dining party?

We have a few "food help" possibilities in the works but nothing is definite yet. You have caught the jist of the thread. We are at the point of needing a bit of help & extra food. If we get some food help we can keep letting people sign up. I would suggest bringing something easy. Just let me know what you can bring & how many it will feed

Thanks,
Teresa

So Excited About the Idea, I had it for Dinner

Party of 1. I also would like to order 1 Large Shirt. Finally, my contribution should feed at least 8 people. And that contribution is (drumroll)........................................ ...........

OKAY OKAY! I was trying to insert an image of a Chicago Style Hot Dawg, but I am encountering some errors with the site. So the sumptuous image will have to wait.

Sorry I can't seem to max out the width of the image. NAM keeps resizing it. But, FINALLY!!! A FEAST FOR THE EYES, AND SOON FOR THE TUMMY!!!

And just so you know, true Chicagoans DO NOT put ketchup on their dawgs! But if you must, do it when I am not looking!

See all y'all there! (How's that?)
