ok....where is the northern lady with the bowtie pasta and the marinara sauce? and what about the chocolate clumps of yumminess, can we have more next year?? Teresa's cornbread recipe must be a secret, as it was too good to reveal. And SB will you pick up some more of the potato salad you brought? ...never had any quite like it. You folks who didn't show missed the best food at the dragon.

Chili-Cheese Cornbread Recipe
3 eggs
8oz can yellow corn (drained)
4oz can chopped green chilis (drained)
1 cup yellow cornmeal
1 teaspoon salt
1-1/2 tablespoon baking powder
1 cup sour cream
3/4 cup melted butter
1/4 LB grated Monterey Jack Cheese (w/or w/out jalapenos)

Miz all. Pour into a greased 9X9 dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes
