Not all have power, but some people on here have it and have offered to share the cost if needed...

I left my clothes and cooler last year and no issues...

I never leave anything of value in my tent, no matter where I am...

i know this is a little off topic but where can i find out about local events- like the bluegrass fest and stuff- im a musician so if theres any music in town id like to check it out...

Townsend, TN had a big festival last year, same weekend...I want to say it was about 45-60 minute drive from Fontana. They are near the entrance into the Smokey Mtn park. We passed by there on the senic drive I led to my favorite pub in Gatlinburg.

Looking for a Fontana campground site to share (tent or RV). I'm on the waiting list for both, but if anyone already has room and is willing to share a site with another Coop and 2 guys with a medium-sized tent, please let me know.
We'll be there Fri. and Sat. nights, and we'll be happy to pay for our share of the site (with cash or in beer).

Turns out the Dragon Wagon is looking for a spot for Tuesday night. Is anyone willing to share an RV spot on the night of the 2nd. I have my normal reservation outside the 5280 cabin but they will not be getting there till Wednesday noon.
Anyone want this outside their camper or tent?

I've got a unique situation. I have a site reserved. I will share with people. I don't know what the number is, but I'll call tomorrow to find out. My wife and I are military, and she is being deployed in May. Rumor control is saying the first week of May (go figure). This means that I might not be able to get to the Dragon on Thursday, unless I can leave a day early and drop my 7 month old girl off with my parents in Virginia, then head down to the dragon. If for some reason I can't make it on the check in day, maybe I can get some one else's name on the reservation to go along with my name. I'm praying that my wife won't have to go out until later in May. Again, people can feel free to share my site, I will only have myself, Lilith, and a tent. We can all sit around a campfire singing kumbayah and make Blair Witch emblems out of twigs. If somebody wants to take the reservation from me, and then let me setup my little tent also, that might work. If anybody has any suggestions, please feel free to PM as I am really in another world right now.
