To the dirtbag...

To the dirtbag that stole one of our MINI Sports Watch from our vendor booth between 1015-11:30 am on Friday:

Please email us so we can send the packaging, display case and instructions. I would hate for you to have a watch without the instructions and such.

I guess I thought that all MINI owners were good. I was wrong. There is one bad one out there.

See ya'll next year. Thanks to all those that came and visited us. We had a great time getting to chat.

One in every bunch. I won't be surprised if they hit up some of the other vendors.

Aww, man, that sucks! You don't deserve that kind of treatment.

Somebody knows who the dirtbag is. Be an upright person and offer them up to Aaron.

That sucks to hear Aaron; that's really crappy someone in our community can't be trusted like that. I hope it doesn't ruin it for the rest of us. I also hope they actually send you their address, LOL.

So sorry to hear that a scumbag had to put a damper on your event, Aaron. Maybe they didnt realize that you were one of the earliest supporters of the community and built your business from scratch with great service and offerings. Nah, they just saw an opportunity and took it. Hopefully karma will be a betch.

Looking forward to seeing you next year!

That really sucks.

I only stole some dry time beneath your canopy on saturday. (It helped that there was a pretty lady working there as well! )

One of the problems with the event growing is that you'll eventually get a bad apple or two in the bunch. I know at the banquet I got up to get food, and left my camera on the table. Didn't think anything of it, but the people I was sitting with insisted I took it with me so no one would walk off with it.

Sorry to hear about this. Thanks for your ongoing support of the MINI community and NAM.

We will be on the lookout for:

Simply cut or break off arm watch is attached to and mail in unmarked box to outmotoring c/o Justice Dept.
Be sure you get the right person before attempting the cut or break.

Well, maybe we can hope it wasn't a MINI owner. You never know; I believe there were some non-MINI/non-MOTD folks there, correct? I didn't always have my placard on and I was never stopped...

But, I suppose there could be a loser-MINI owner, but I would rather not think about that...

In any case, sorry to hear about the loss...and thanks for being there to support us. I didn't buy anything on this trip, but I am a customer of yours and appreciate your sponsorship...

Ed

Nope? Look it says NAM(M) show in the background upper right banner!

...at the end of the day it's just plastic object that has a value attached to it. I tend to not care too much about stuff like this as it part of business and par for the course...you'd be surprised how many thousands of dollars we eat a year in credit card fraud and this is all part of the risk of doing business. I would cringe to see how much Target looses a year in theft...measly compared to this silly watch..

I just thought I would have a little fun and post this on NAM for all of fans.

So sorry to hear that! I think next year, you need to tie down all your merchandise (that way it won't blow away as well)
I hope someone fesses up. Look forward to seeing you next year.
