I'm noticing a bunch of dragged/loud wiping happening and hoping I can fit in the PIAA silicon blades. Anyone know what sizes this model uses?

Historically MINI has uses 19" on one side and 18". It looks like they changed to a beam style VS the older Denso style on the F56 MINIs

Those should fit but i dont have a set of Genuine MINI wiper here for F66+ to compare.

Just an update, I randomly found an old set of piaa 18"+19" in my closet and quickly discovered that the sizes are not the same and the stalk connection is also different. The sizes I measured for the F66 are 20" (driver) and 21" (passenger). The connection bracket is wider than what's provided in the piaa set and has a little square cutout that you push to release.

Yep its the same size as the F66 factory ones you took off. It does not tell me the size, i dont have a set in stock to measure.

I bet its the same as the ones you took off. They are those valeo ultra flat beam design from what i see. No aftermarkets yet. Valeo has not released a package kit. Post up pictures of your old ones.

Ok thanks, now i know the connection type. The genuine is the same size and design as the ones you have and would be the same length.

The universal ones would have to have that connection.

Looks like the R58 and R59 MINIs ( i have a R58) share the same size and set up. And the piaa have that connection.

Yep, let me know and i can add them to the catalog for that fitment. Based off what i see it should work. All the aftermarket companies i work with dont even show any cross fit with that Genuine MINI part yet so we are in new territory.

 

Unfortunately the PIAA adapters don't fit. They come close and perhaps with some modification they could work, but not as is. The OEM set does work, which is good but I generally prefer the PIAA blades. Oh well, perhaps in the future they will add an additional adapter. Thanks again!
