Route Instructions Now Available!!!
-----------------------------------------------------------------
Before heading to Fontana, you may want to print out one of these instruction sheets... especially if you have access to a good color printer.
I will bring copies of the General Directions for every car, but you may want to print out the more detailed Leader Directions to have turn-by-turn maps:

Krenzkes:
Thanks for the offer of help. I've got an easy way to deal with the production issues, so I'm going to bring a complete set of driving instructions for everyone and just pull the back, signature page off as necessary.
I know that the leads have radios, but it makes for a much easier (and fun) trip if several of the cars back in the pack have radios as well. It's a pretty standard piece of Dragon kit and, if you don't have them, you may want to find a cheap set of FRS radios before you go (headsets are also helpful).
We will be running on channel 8 (with no sub), so we don't conflict with the normal NAM channel (7-21) for folks on the Dragon. I'll have a spare radio, but there is supposed to be an incredible photo op on the way over the Smoky Mountains on our way back... I may need to pass that spare on to a temporary lead so I can sprint ahead and snap a few pics of MINIs on the loop! Apparently, there is a place where you need to gain altitude so quickly that the road corkscrews up over itself... It would be a great shot of 20-some MINIs all on the corkscrew together!
