Good morning/ evening all,

I am looking to do a software update for my 2018 ALL 4 countryman, when i get on the BMW website where it has me enter my vin it says vin is not recognized(yes I am putting in correctly I tried with both capitals and lowercase). Can someone help me get the update? or tell me how I will be able to download it if my vin is not found?

 

This is the 2025+ forum but AFAIK only a dealer can run a software update on a 2018.
