Abingdon, VA....

I'll be in Abingdon, VA for the night of May 3rd. My tiny mind can't remember which place we stayed in, however.
This is a good halfway point from the DC area. There are several nice motels there, so there's lots to choose from. So, if you'll be there or near by on the 3rd, send me a PM and we can make arrangements to caravan the rest of the way if ya want to.

Darn Katie. You got me curious so I looked this up last night and found it! But now I forgot and can't find it again. I remebered this distinctly because we stayed at an average place but Paul raved that your hotel had high speed internet!!!

I only wish I could join you on your journey this year. Have fun - Wherever you stay

Well, the timing is just not working out any way I look at it. I have my follow up doctors visit on the 28th of this month and only then do I get the go ahead (or god forbid a don't go ahead ) to resume more normal activities and in fact to be able to begin abnormal activities such as autox or golf.

If he says yes to autocross then I don't want to miss the early may event (i've already missed two, the first and the one this weekend) Also, a long drive would not feel to great now either. and last, I just began a new job and don't have much leave.

I'm going to miss the event terribly.

Bummer, Jonathan. I hope he gives you the go ahead, as I know that yer autox buds miss ya. As for the Dragon, there's always next year.....scant comfort, I know, but there it is.
