I once shared an Azalea with 3 other guys and it was nasty after a few days. Good thing we didn't stay there much but I felt sorry for the maids who had to go in and clean up after us. 
I'd draw up a roster and assign specific cleaning chores to everyone who stays there and encourage late night partyers to clean up after themselves. Hopefully people will be courteous in that respect.

Woud rather arrange for maid service, even at a steep price (perhaps you'd be interested??)! Don't really want to have to do a roster if we can find someone else whom we could pay to do clean-up! Hope somebody has an idea of how we could go about this! THANKS -
