Angry OBDII connection failure (D-CAN only)

Hi,
I have a mini cooper F60 LCI, and I'm facing problems regarding the connection to my car with any Generic Bluetooth adapter (from cheap ELM327 to professional tool TEXA Multihub2). The connection every time is established, I see blinking Leds on interfaces, but that's all, no further communication. When i connect via ENET cable ALL Apps are working fine (HuService Manager, ISTA, and via android emulator on PC the BimmerTool, Bimmerlink & BimmerCode Apps).

As far as I can understand the ethernet diagnosis uses different pins from standard D-CAN H/L pins (6&14). So is it possible to facing troubles on the specific lines? Where do I have to inspect the lines? Can someone upload the electric diagram pic?

Thank you in advance.
Nikolas.

Ok guys,I took out the obd port and found that for OBD pins 6,14,5 an additional board has been inserted, connecting the cables with insulating tape!! I bought the car as a second hand, so I don't know what happened. Can someone confirm inspecting at the obd port that a similar board is installed or not?
Thanks in advance

**UPDATED INFO: I removed the additional board and connected the wires in straight line. The ohm measurement between pins 6&14 gives 63ohm and finally the standard OBD diagnosis is working now (the ENET cable is working fine as before).
I've performed a diagnosis and now i have the fault code: B7F8C3. Connection, headunit to CID: No communication
From what I understand, the fault is related to the communication between the Head Unit and the screen? BUT my screen, the main menu and all sub-functions are working normally!!
