F60 Who can tell/show me the easiest way to remove the side scuttles??

Who can tell/show me the easiest way to remove the side scuttles??
Trying to install a set of black jack side scuttle inserts and get raid of the "s" scuttles...how the heck do you pop these off?

They just pry it off with a trim tool all the way around.
