I recently purchased the new Plug 'n' Play Union Jack taillights for my 2017 F60 [from ECS Tuning]. These are actually a perfect retrofit with no messing around with wiring. It couldn't have been any easier and the fit was perfect without any changeouts of OEM parts other than the taillight assemblies. It only took about 30 minutes for both lights. It includes the pre-wired harness which plugged right into the current (MINI wiring). Here's the rub, and it was mentioned about 6-9 months ago with folks installing EU assemblies: It does the same thing mentioned by cuppajoe; 10-19-2022 at 06:24 PM with the right rear light lighting the reverse/backup light - but only on the passenger side. The fog light comes on in reverse on the drivers side. Every other function works perfectly (brake lights, running lights, turn signals, hazards,and fog lamps). The coding [via Bimmercode] that cuppajoe expertly provided [for the EU units] doesn't seem to be having any effect on these new [US] plug 'n' play units. Has anyone else tried the new plug 'n' play Union Jacks?

My guess is that the codding will have to be done and that the code might be inputted wrong not to work maybe?
