F60 Windshield Washer tank overflow?

Windshield Washer tank overflow?
Hi, quick question. I noticed this weekend when filling up the windshield washer reservoir of my 2019 F60 Countryman, that part of the fluid was leaking on the ground. I know that on my other Mini's I was 'm sure I was able to fill it up to the rim before and close it but now it just seems that the upper part when filled up is just leaking to the ground. Is there an overflow or could it be the fill-up up hose leading to the reservoir is cracked?
