Hi all,
We just purchased a black/black All 4 S Countryman for my wife, and man we're loving it so far! I do have a few questions for the group...

1. The car has the wired package, but I don't see the USB-C plugs on the back of the armrest. Was this not a thing in 2018?

2. Does anyone know if the "Connected" package can be added later? It doesn't seem like I can lock and unlock doors with the app.

3. I installed the Mini Roof Bars. Does anyone who has these take the car through a carwash with them on? Do you guys keep them on all the time, or remove them when you're not hauling a carrier?

4. The windshield wipers are very squeaky and I'm wondering if this is a thing, or if it's just been sitting for a long time, and they need to be replaced.

5. Has anyone else seen this interior option before? I found this car at CarMax and I haven't been able to figure out what it is - we love it, but have never seen it before.

I'm sure I'll have more questions, but for now, these are what I've got.

I have same car. You should check your owners manual and have your dealer run the VIN to tell you exactly what you've got there. Wipers should not be squeaky. I have rack (and roof box), but use "touchless" car wash near me. No problems.
