Radio question

I have a 2018 Countryman JCW. When the radio is on, at the very top there are signal bars and alongside is a red triangle around an exclamation point. What is the meaning of that triangle?

If I'm not mistaken, that is the sign of a message from the car's system ... and a red triangle is usually serious. Navigate to "Notifications" in the Central Display and see if there is anything displayed there.

Hi Bob,
Thank you for your input. The vehicle is showing everything is ok. I was at the dealer yesterday and they think it may be an indicator that the car is going to be due for service in May. I am not sure I agree but nothing else appears to be out of the ordinary and I am receiving no messages from the car.

Hi Bob,
I finally found the answer. If I go to the menu where I have options to go to communications or my mini for example, I noticed that messages had an indication of a current message. It in fact was about the upcoming oil change.
Thanks for your input.

When you start the car the little screen in the speedometer will tell you miles till next service and it goes from white to orange to red depending on time or miles. Time is usually 1 year, mileage will vary depending on how you drive.
